Running the WPG Support Utility

Our WPG Support utility is available from the Start\All Programs\Waypoint Global Suite product group on your workstation. After it runs, there will be a send button in the bottom right hand corner.


Please press the send button…


…and fill in the requested information. Please be sure to list who requested you run the utility and why you are sending it the comment field, then hit OK. You should receive a confirmation message indicating the upload is complete. If the send fails for any reason, it should create a very small .zip file and place it in a temporary directory so it can be emailed to us.
