- Desktop/Document Manager - Waypoint Global’s Desktop/Document Manager course is designed to provide understanding of use of the Suite tools to control and manage documents. Content and exercises provide an understanding of ISO/IATF standard requirements and the tools to achieve these elements for compliance or certification. You will learn how to successfully implement the Waypoint system to facilitate use and acceptance of the system.

- Authoring Tools - (Includes Policy Writer, Procedure Writer, and Instruction Writer) - Waypoint Global’s Authoring Tools course helps attendees understand the quality system documentation structure and the creation of level I, II and III documents. This course provides experience with developmental tools and concepts needed to create management system documents. You will learn to use technology as a document creation tool using Policy Writer, Procedure Writer, Instruction Writer and Desktop.

- Audit Manager/Corrective Action - This class is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Audit Manager and Corrective Action software. Participants will also gain skills on configuring a system through Desktop. The course will follow the four basic stages of an audit: Planning, Executing, Reporting and Corrective Action (PERC). The course participants will create audit checklists, write nonconformances, complete audits and follow the process through corrective action. Additional focus will be directed to non-audit generated nonconformities in Corrective Action and mitigating risk via preventive action.

- Quality Planner - Waypoint Global’s Quality Planner class has been rewritten and redesigned to support the new FMEA (FMEA is short for Failure Mode Effects Analysis) requirements from the AIAG and VDA. The Quality Planner class is designed to provide a comprehensive review of the developmental tools and concepts needed to create and manage APQP documents. There are numerous information links in Quality Planner, many of which involve the creation of child documents from information found in their respective parent documents. All attendees need to have read the AIAG & VDA 1st Edition 2019 Handbook and/or taken classes on the new edition if they are interested in discussing the new VDA material. This class does not include training on the new edition, only how the software will support it.

- SPC - The mission of Waypoint Global’s SPC course is to provide the student with the developmental tools and concepts needed to configure the structure of the SPC product.

- Training Manager - The mission of Waypoint Global’s Training Manager training course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Training Manager software application. Participants will learn how to enable training on documents, assign training administrators, assign trainers and trainees to a document, and assign trainees to multiple documents at a time.
