  • Desktop/Document Manager - Waypoint Global’s Desktop/Document Manager course is designed to provide understanding of use of the Suite tools to control and manage documents. Content and exercises provide an understanding of ISO/IATF standard requirements and the tools to achieve these elements for compliance or certification. You will learn how to successfully implement the Waypoint system to facilitate use and acceptance of the system.
    • Desktop/Document Manager Classroom or Onsite Training - Two days
    • Document Manager Producer Classroom or Onsite Training - One day
    • Desktop Administrator Virtual Training - Two classes, 3 hours each
    • Desktop Consumer Virtual Training - Two hours
    • Document Manager Producer Virtual Training - Two classes, 3 hours each

  • Authoring Tools - (Includes Policy Writer, Procedure Writer, and Instruction Writer) - Waypoint Global’s Authoring Tools course helps attendees understand the quality system documentation structure and the creation of level I, II and III documents. This course provides experience with developmental tools and concepts needed to create management system documents. You will learn to use technology as a document creation tool using Policy Writer, Procedure Writer, Instruction Writer and Desktop.
    • Authoring Tools Classroom or Onsite Training - Three days
    • Policy Writer Virtual Training - Two classes, 2.5 hours each
    • Procedure Writer Virtual Training - Two classes, 2.5 hours each
    • Instruction Writer Virtual Training - Two classes, 2.5 hours each

  • Audit Manager/Corrective Action - This class is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Audit Manager and Corrective Action software. Participants will also gain skills on configuring a system through Desktop. The course will follow the four basic stages of an audit: Planning, Executing, Reporting and Corrective Action (PERC). The course participants will create audit checklists, write nonconformances, complete audits and follow the process through corrective action. Additional focus will be directed to non-audit generated nonconformities in Corrective Action and mitigating risk via preventive action.
    • Audit Manager/Corrective Action Classroom or Onsite Training – Two days
    • Audit Manager Classroom or Onsite Training – One day
    • Corrective Action Classroom or Onsite Training – 1 day
    • Corrective Action Virtual Training – Two classes, 2.5 hours each
    • Audit Manager Virtual Training – One class, 2 hours

  • Quality Planner - Waypoint Global’s Quality Planner class is a 3-day course. The first two days of training are designed to provide a comprehensive review of the developmental tools and concepts needed to create and manage APQP documents. The third day of this class focuses on taking that new information and putting it to use by troubleshooting common problem scenarios. There are numerous information links in Quality Planner, many of which involve the creation of child documents from information found in their respective parent documents. If you do not create your parent documents correctly, the child documents will not exist. The third day of class offers the safest environment in which to learn from these mistakes.
    • Quality Planner Classroom or Onsite Training - 2 or 3 days
    • Quality Planner Virtual Training – Four classes, 3.5 hours each

  • SPC - The mission of Waypoint Global’s SPC course is to provide the student with the developmental tools and concepts needed to configure the structure of the SPC product.
    • SPC Classroom or Onsite training – 3 days
    • SPC Administrator Virtual Training – Two classes – 3 hours each
    • SPC Operator Virtual Training – One class – 2 hours
    • SPC Examiner Virtual Training – One class – 2 hours

  • Training Manager - The mission of Waypoint Global’s Training Manager training course is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Training Manager software application. Participants will learn how to enable training on documents, assign training administrators, assign trainers and trainees to a document, and assign trainees to multiple documents at a time.
    • Training Manager Virtual Training - One class – 3 hours
    • Can also be added to any classroom or onsite training day
