How Do I? - Edit the Timeout Session for DWA Logins

Are your users trying to stay logged into Desktop Web Access and getting an error message for whatever reason?  Look at the first image for example.

Your IT staff will need to go into the server and get to the IIS, or Internet Information Services. Select the server involved, then go to the Session State section.

The second image below is an example of what this looks like inside the Session State.

Towards the bottom of the screen is a Timeout box where you can type in how many minutes you want to session to last until it times out.
